  • Galenika a.d. Signed a New Collective Agreement

    Today, on December 31, 2009, a new Collective Agreement has been signed between Mr. Nenad Ognjenović, General Manager of Galenika a.d. , Mr. Zoran Pantelić, President of the Trade Union “Nezavisnost Galenika a.d.“ and Ms. Tamara Lalić, Autonomous Trade Union President. This was a crown to a very successfull social dialogue in our company.

    Galenika a.d. poklonila je 700 paketića deci zaposlenih u Kompaniji. Uz dečiju predstavu pozorišta s Novog Beograda «Bakine priče» mališani su u subotu 26.12.2009. godine sa Deda Mrazom proslavili odlazak stare i dolazak nove godine. Predstava je bila duhovita, lepršava, maštovita, a u njoj su podjednako uživala i deca i odrasli.

    Galenika i Udruženja dobrovoljnih davaoca krvi iz regiona prikupili preko sto jedinica krvi za Zemunsku transfuziju

    Udruženje dobrovoljnih davalaca krvi iz Galenike organizovalo je u saradnji sa udruženjima iz ostalih gradova širom Srbije, Crne Gore, Republike Srpske i Makedonije prikupljanje jedinica krvi za Zemunsku transfuziju. Preko 100 davaoca iz celog regiona, odazvalo se pozivu Galenike i prikupilo neophodnu krv za Zemunsku bolnicu.

    On Monday, December 07, Ambassador of Macedonia, H.E. Ljubisa Georgievski, visited Galenika a.d. Nenad Ognjenovic, General Manager of Galenika a.d., Ana Mitrovic, Development and Regulatory Affairs Division Director, and Guljbehar Sabovic, Export Division Director, attended the meeting.


  • Ambassador of Cuba Visiting Galenika a.d.

    Ambassador of Cuba, Her Excellency Mrs. Mercedes Martinez Valdes visited Galenika a.d. on 3rd December. With management of Galenika, headed by GM Nenad Ognjenovic, Ambassador discussed realization of agreed forms of cooperation between Galenika and the most prestigious Cuban institutes in the field of pharmaceutical industry, such as HeberBiotec, Dalmer and Placentaria (Centro de histoterapia placentaria).

    On November 16, 2009, Mexican delegation, lead by Health Minister, Dr Jose Angel Cordova Villalobos, and Mexican ambassador to Serbia, Ms Mercedes Felicitas Ruiz Zapata, visited the oldest pharmaceutical company in Serbia

    H.E. the Ambassador of Germany, Mr. Wolfram Maas and Mr. Artur Hertle, Economic Department Chief of the Embassy of Germany visited Galenika a.d. on November 16, 2009. The meeting was attended by General Manager Mr Nenad Ognjenovic, B.Pharm., Development and Regulatory Affairs Director Ms Ana Mitrovic, B.Pharm, Assistant Marketing and Sales Director Dr. Snezana Stevanovic and Regulatory Affairs Manager Ms Jelena Ognjenovic, B.Pharm.


  • Regulatory Affairs in the Commonwealth of Independent States


    At the international conference ”Regulatory Affairs in the Commonwealth of Independent States” organized by Informa Life Sciences in Istanbul from November 3-4, 2009, the company Galenika a.d. presented the work with the following topic “How the Registration Documentation you Submit in CIS Region will Provide a Successful Completion of the Registration Process”.

  • Visit of the Belarusian Diplomatic Representative to Galenika

    On November 03, 2009, the Belarusian Embassy’s Charge d'Affaires, Mr. Sergey Cicuk, met with Galenika’s General Manager, Nenad Ognjenovic, B. Pharm. and the Manager of Development and Regulatory Affairs Division, Ana Mitrovic, B. Pharm. On this occasion, various types of business co-operation were considered between Galenika and Belarusian companies in the area of registration and export of Galenika’s preparations to the Belarusian market, registration and pharmaceutical preparations launch from Belarus to the Serbian market, as well as toll manufacturing of Galenika’s medicinal products in the Belbiopharm Concern and production of their drugs in Galenika’s new Solid Dosage Forms Plant.
