Employees
People are our greatest value. Galenika a.d. has employees with degrees from 27 faculties, mostly from the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Medical School and the Faculty of Technology respectively. Out of those employees with high school degree in Galenika a.d., there are most of them with degrees from chemical and pharmaceutical high schools.
Today, Galenika a.d. has about 2500 employees. It has become practice to employ over 100 young people each year. This realizes our goal of reducing the average age, but not to the expense of quality and knowledge. We strive to have all our employees educated, motivated and open for improvement, cooperation, team work and career development in accordance with company goals.
We proudly emphasize the fact of having our experts as lecturers in schools, at seminars and conventions.
