Accredited Laboratories

Office for Diagnostics and Equipment and Process Qualification

Office for Diagnostics and Equipment and Process Qualification as part of the Drug Plant Maintenance Department has been accredited in June 2010 for testing of environment conditions, temperature field stability, microbiological filters integrity, number of rounds, illumination intensity and noise volume (Accreditation No 01-314), and in September 2010 for standardization of pressure and temperature gauges (Accreditation No 02-032).

dkop-01Standardization certificates are in accordance with ISO and GMP standards.

Office for Diagnostics and Equipment and Process Qualification has been accredited by ATS in accordance with SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006.

All measuring and statistical processing of obtained results are performed by engineers and technicians experienced in various fields of metrological testing and standardization: Ljubica Vukojicic, Biljana Smiljanic, Jelena Novakovic,  Biljana Vujicic,  Nada Mijatovic, Nikola Todic i Miodrag Rankovic.

Galenika a.d. is now the only pharmaceutical company in Serbia accredited for standardization of stated gauges and various testing required by pharmaceuticals production.

Ex Workshop and Testing Laboratory

ex-radionica-01 Ex Workshop performs overhaul and repair of explosion-proof electric devices. We have the appropriate certificate from Vinča-CENEx (Certificate for verification of organization’s qualification for overhauls, repairs, renewals and modifications of electric devices used in explosive environments - Ex.10.P002). We perform legally required detailed checks of Ex equipment and issue reports acceptible for fire brigade audits (Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Serbia). Within the Testing Laboratory we provide services of testing/control in several fields of electrical measuring (control of lighting conductors, facilities grounding, conducting statical electricity and control of antistatic floors). For all of the above we are accredited by Accrediation Body of Serbia (Accreditation Certificate No 06-051).

Ex Workshop and Testing Laboratory are organized and technically equipped to respond to requests of potential users of services required by law, which puts us among the leading workshops and laboratories in this field in Serbia.

Some of the users of our services are: Kolubara metal a.d. Vreoci, Kolubara prerada a.d, Sojaprotein a.d. Bečej, A.D Vrenje Beograd–Špiritana, etc.
