Galenika – Hero Company
On the occasion of 100th incubator being bought in the “Battle for the Babies”, under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Boris Tadic, and International Premature Babies Day, on 17th November 2011 at the Palace of the National Assembly, the President of B92 Fund, Mr. Veran Matic, pronounced Galenika as the “Hero Company” and awarded it a medal for bravery and humanity in the “Battle for the Babies” action, conveying message that determination, courage and persistence Galenika showed in this battle will be example for future generations.
„Participation in this action was our duty and obligation. With this action we justified the purpose of our existence and showed that Galenika, as the oldest, largest and the only state-owned pharmaceutical company in Serbia, for 66 years has been looking after every individual of the society”, said Bojana Jankovic, PR manager of the company.
